Front Street in downtown Merrill where we currently have over 4,000 bolts of various fabrics. We relocated down the street, a little out of town into an old farmhouse. In September of 2001, the shop had grown out of its space. The store opened its doors in September of 1996, in downtown Merrill with only 500 bolts of fabric.
Co-owners Diane McKoen & Robin King decided at church over coffee, they would open a quilt shop.
Staying true to the local area’s agricultural roots, the store makes its home in a lovely agricultural community. Located in Merrill, Oregon (20 miles SE of Klamath Falls, OR and on the road to Reno, NV) Tater Patch Quilts is truly a quilter’s oasis.
